Town World Payment Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making any purchase from the Town World Minecraft server store, website, or associated payment platforms, you agree to these Payment Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not make a purchase.

2. Digital Purchases

All purchases made through Town World are for digital content, including but not limited to:

  • Ranks
  • Cosmetic items
  • In-game perks
  • Crates or keys
  • Virtual currency
  • Bundles
  • Special access privileges

These items have no real-world monetary value and remain the property of Town World.

3. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and policies of the applicable payment processor.

Town World does not store full payment card information.

4. No Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Changing your mind
  • Server resets, wipes, or updates
  • Changes to gameplay, balancing, or features
  • Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions resulting from rule violations
  • Failure to use purchased items before they expire (if applicable)

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent dispute without first contacting Town World support may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your Minecraft account from Town World
  • Removal of purchased benefits
  • Restriction from future purchases

Town World reserves the right to contest fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks.

6. Delivery of Purchases

Most purchases are delivered automatically within minutes. However, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Server maintenance
  • Payment verification
  • Technical issues

If a purchase is not received within 24 hours, contact server support with proof of payment.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Minecraft account
  • Providing accurate payment information
  • Ensuring purchases are made with permission from the payment method owner

Town World is not responsible for purchases made through compromised or shared accounts.

8. Server Changes

Town World reserves the right to:

  • Modify, replace, rebalance, or remove purchased features
  • Update ranks, perks, and virtual items
  • Change pricing at any time
  • Discontinue products or services

Such changes do not entitle users to refunds unless required by law.

9. Compliance with Mojang and Microsoft Policies

Town World strives to comply with the Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines and other applicable policies established by Mojang Studios and Microsoft.

If any purchased item is found to conflict with these policies, Town World may modify or remove the item without prior notice.

10. Fraud Prevention

Town World reserves the right to:

  • Refuse transactions
  • Request additional verification
  • Cancel purchases suspected of fraud
  • Restrict access to payment services

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Town World shall not be liable for:

  • Lost virtual items
  • Lost profits or opportunities
  • Service interruptions
  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
